The Norwich Triad

Norwich Castle Museum, the University of East Anglia Faculty of Education and Long Stratton High School

Norwich Castle Museum is one of the City's most famous landmarks. The Castle was built by the Normans as a Royal Palace 900 years ago. Now the County's principal museum, the Castle is packed with treasures to inspire and intrigue visitors of all ages. Its outstanding collections of fine art, archaeology and natural history are of national importance and include the best collections anywhere of paintings by the Norwich School of Artists and the world's largest collection of ceramic teapots.

Long Stratton High School is the only secondary (KS 3 & 4) partner in the project and the history department have embraced the philosophy of this approach with unbridled enthusiasm.

The University of East Anglia School of Education is a leading ITE provider and educational research institution. The department consistently ranks highly in national tables and the history department has a particularly progressive outlook.
